The answer to this is probably, no, unless you’re a professional photographer and / or you have a great camera.
Your phone camera has undergone some massive changes in its revolution in the past ten years.
Hell, there’s some of us who can remember when mobile phones didn’t have a camera.
Now, they can take great images of high resolution. You can even edit and add special effects on your phone.
Regardless of how technologically advanced your phone is, the real issue is you.
Sorry, to say it, but most people have no idea how to take a great photo.
They end up putting the subject in shadow or partial light so it is not clear.
As well, the images are usually a little bit blurry.
Images are not constructed so that the eye of the viewer is drawn to the subject either.
Don’t get us wrong, home images are great to share with your family and friends on social media.
They don’t usually pass muster like professional images do online.
You want your images to reflect your brand and your values.
You need to make a good impression immediately; in that split second a visitor decides to read on or find something else more interesting.
By all means, keep taking photos of the kids and the cat, but perhaps only use professional images to showcase you and your business online.
