Selling real estate is a competitive business in any town or district.
Maintaining a blog, however, could be the one thing that gets you found before your competitors and establishes you as an expert in your area.

1. Parks and gardens
Almost every town has parks and gardens. Discuss what people can do at them and even share their history.
